Baitullah Mehsoods close aide arrested in Karachi

The arrested Taliban commander is said to be close associate of head of Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan Baitullah Mehsood and Commander Faiz Muhammad.During interrogation, the suspect has reportedly revealed that Baitullah Mehsood had visited Karachi a few years ago for medical treatment. He also claimed that Baitullah Mehsood stayed with him at his residence in Karachi.The suspect is involved in fundraising for Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan and other terrorist activities in Waziristan. A cache of weapons, including Kalashnikovs, grenades and ammunition, was found in the house.
