Chief justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has said that the Federal Investigation Agency tries to avoid the probe of every corruption case.A three-member SC bench, headed by chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, heard the case of payments of millions of rupees in the name of National Bank Achievement Awards.The chief justice expressed his displeasure over the cease of National Bank Achievement Awards case probe, saying that the FIA evades the investigation of every corruption case.The FIA officials said that they the case was being heard in the court that was why they had stopped the probe.The chief justice said that the court did not order stopping the probe, adding that it should be continued.The hearing was adjourned for three weeks.
