Summary A writ petition has been filed in the LHC to register a case against Gilani under Article 6.
A K Dogar, council for petitioner, moved a petition in the Lahore High Court, seeking registration of case against Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani under Article 6.The petitioner stated that that the PM was creating tension between the Supreme Court and the government.He stated that actually the SC verdicts had not been enforced properly but PM was befooling the nation particularly in public meetings by claiming that all the verdicts of the SC were being implemented in its real sprit. It was equal to cheat the court in the name of politics.He requested the court to issue an order for registration of case against the PM.
