Summary FIA sought time for provision of details of Musharrafs property in the court in BB murder case.
Its hearing is being conducted in Anti Terrorism Court in Adyala Jail.The defence counsels were provided the copies of witnesses’ statements of private under the Section 161 of Criminal Procedure Code.The FIA requested to the court that the property owned by Musharraf lied in different areas of the country, so it should be provided further time for collection information in this regard.The hearing was adjourned till August 13.
