Summary The International Court of Arbitration would conduct hearing of the Kishanganga case on August 25.

India would submit its answer in face of points highlighted by Pakistan.According to resources of the Ministry for Water and Power, the delegation representing Pakistan on Kishanganga had been given approval.The delegation led by the special adviser to the PM, Kamal Majeed, would leave for Hague in which Indus Water Commissioner Shiraz Mamon and three foreign pleaders and technical experts would go along with the delegation.It is worthy of note that the International Court for Arbitration judges had visited the Neelum, Jhelum and Kishanganga projects along with the delegations of both countries.
