Summary DIG Investigation handed the keys to the owners vehicles and motorcycles
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore Police recovered 17 snatched cars and 4 motorcycles that were deprived from owners during robberies, reported Dunya News.
Talking at a press conference, DIG Investigation Chaudhary Sultan Ahmad said that due to increasing number of robberies of cars and bikes in the city, a separate department has been formed to counter the threat. Highlighting the efforts of the new department, he said that 17 cars and 4 motorcylces, which amount to more than crore rupees in value have been recovered.
DIG Investigation said that robberies and snatching incidents are being dealt with effectively whereas check posts have been established in various parts of the city to ensure security.
Afterwards, DIG Investigation handed the keys to the owners vehicles and motorcycles.
