FAISALABAD: (Dunya News) – Punjab Governor Rafique Rajwana has on Tuesday said that everyone has a right to have access to clean drinking water and education. He said that the government will do everything to provide the people with their basic necessities. Rajwana said that the government is faced with multiple challenges currently, reported Dunya News.

Talking to a ceremony at Agriculture University in Faisalabad today, Rafique Rajwana said that the government and army are on the same page. He said that Zarb-e-Azb is going on successfully and “we are proud of our army”, he said.

Rajwana said that all the parties unanimously decided to support Operation Zarb-e-Azb. “Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is right that a new Pakistan was born after Peshawar tragedy. We are satisfied to see all the political parties on one page”, said the Governor.

Moreover, Rajwana said that Punjab government has made drastic advancements in the fields of health. “Everyone has a right to have access to clean drinking water and education and they will be given to them”, he said.

Praising Punjab Chief Minister, Rajwana said that Shahbaz Sharif is a hardworking man. He said that nobody should keep their ego above the national interest. “The progress of the country must continue under any conditions”, he said.
