Summary Sindhi folk singers protested against Cultural Department and Radio Pakistan in Hyderabad.
The Sindhi folk singers protested in a unique way in front of Hyderabad Press Club against the cold behaviour of Sindh Cultural Department and Radio Pakistan management.The folk singers from across Sindh gathered in Hyderabad on the call of Sindh Raagi Welfare Association and protested by dancing on the tunes of folk songs.The folk singers said that both the departments were completely ignoring them. They said that the administration was not utilising the government funds of Rs 20 million. The protesters said that scholarships for the children of famous folk singers have been suspended.
