Summary LHC has reserved verdict on petition seeking disqualification of PPP MNA Tariq Anis.
Lahore High Court Acting Chief Justice Sheikh Azmat Said heard the case.The counsel for PML-Q’s leader Danyal Aziz said that the accused Tariq Anis was fraudulently elected from NA-116 of Narowal by virtue of bogus votes, therefore he should be declared disqualified.The counsel for the defendant adopted diametrically opposite stance as compared to the plaintiff.After hearing both parties, the court reserved the judgment.
