Summary An application was submitted in Pakistan Bar Council over Babar Awan statement regarding apex court.
The application was moved by Rai Muhammad Nawaz Kharal in which the petitioner said that matter of misconduct on the part of any lawyer falls in the jurisdiction of Pakistan Bar Council; so special committee should be formed to take action against the remarks passed by Babar Awan.It was also justified in the petition that if court has any complaint against any lawyer, that is also sent to the PBC.
