Summary Sind Assembly has approved second amended bill of Illegal Dispossession Act against encroachment.
The assembly session was held under the supervision of Panel of Chairman Dr Sikandar Mandro.Provincial Law Minister Ayyaz Somro tabled the second amended bill in the assembly which was unanimously approved with heavy majority.According to the bill, Presiding Officer in Tribunal and Special Court would be selected in consultation with the Chief Justice Sindh High Court.Assembly session also paid tribute to founding father of PPP Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto for his great services. The Deputy Speaker deferred the assembly session for Saturday morning.
