Summary Jamaat-e-Islami activists organized protest rallies against gas and power cuts in different cities.
As per details, party worker held a rally in Peshawar against undue raise in bill charges. The rally led by ex senior provincial minister Sirajul Haq started from Fawara Chowk and culminated at Arbab Road. During this, party workers also shouted slogans against government.Likewise, JI workers also held a rally against inflation, chaos and terrorism in Multan. They were carrying banners inscribed with anti government slogans.In the same way, JI Gujranwala also organized a protest rally against inflation, gas and power loadshedding and mismanagement of government which have failed to overcome problems faced by the people.Party general secretary Liaquat Baloch while leading his people observed a sit-in in front of the GEPCO head office. They also torched tires and blocked road for some hour.In Sukkur and Jhang party workers also took out rallies while showing solidarity with their party workers and countrymen who are facing difficulties.
