Summary Lahore High Court has sought a report from Interior Ministry and AG regarding BBs killers arrest.
Counsel for the petitioner stated that Interior Minister Rehman Malik had claimed that he knew about Benazir Bhutto’s assassins but they were not arrested so far.Deputy Advocate General told the court that the assassins had been arrested and their trial is also underway.The court observed if the assassins had been arrested then why Rehman claims he knows assassins and will disclose on proper time.The court accepted the plea for regular hearing and summoned Rehman Malik and AGP on January 12.
