A constitutional petition was filed in Supreme Court seeking removal of DG ISI Ahmad Shuja Pasha from his office as he held meetings with Arab countries to oust President Zardari which caused unrest among people and democratic circles.The petition was filed by Engineer Muhammad Jameel.He contended that the DG ISI has taken oath under Article 244 of the constitution that he would not participate in politics but he has disqualified from his office as he held meetings with Arab states on political basis.
