Pakistan Muslim League (N) members participated in the session of National Assembly by wearing black armbands while the Deputy Speaker Fazl Karim Kundi was in the chair.PPP’s Nadeem Afzal Chan said who is responsible for burning vehicles and damaging government property during demonstrations against loadshedding. He said that PML-N members used to have a conversation with Indian artists from Prime Minster House in their era.At this PML-N leader Rana Tanveer fiercely reacted and used derogatory words regarding President’s meeting with Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik. Deputy Speaker expunged the remarks from the proceedings.The PPP members including Fauzia Wahhab also protested against the remarks of Rana Tanveer.Abid Sheir also stood up and tried to comment but Khawaja Saad Rafiq made him sit on his seat.Khursheed Shah said that the opposition was criticising loadshedding but who ceased the power projects launched in the Benazir era. A special inquiry should be conducted through the Supreme Court in this regard, he said.Mehrin Anwer Raja said that the Punjab Government should fist pay its outstanding dues worth Rs 5.5 billion. The next session would be held on October 7 at 10am.
