Summary Akram Ch advocate filed a constitutional petition against drone attacks in the Supreme Court.
Ch Muhammad Akram advocate, in his plea, requested the Supreme Court to declare US drone attacks against the Pakistani nation and sovereignty of state of Pakistan.The petition said that the numbers and names of the people who killed in these drone attacks should be brought before the nation and compensation to the heirs of dead and wounded should be announced.The federal government, interior ministry, cabinet division and Army chief has been made respondent in the petition.
