BB murder case transferred to Gujranwala

It also includes hearing of Mumbai attack case.Ex-CCPO Saud Aziz and SP Khurram Shahzad have submitted writ petitions before the court seeking acquittal from the case.The said cases have been transferred from Rawalpindi to Gujranwala on the High Court order.Ex-CCPO Saud Aziz and SP Khurram Shahzad submitted an application in the said court and requested the court that no solid proofs could be found against him.So they should be discharged out of the case instead of imposing charge frames against them.On the petition of the accused, special Anti Terrorism Court has ordered the FIA to submit related record on September 17.
