The international organisation has said that after the killing of Osama bin Laden, there was an increase in destructive incidents and terrorists have penetrated the urban areas.A spokesman for the International Committee of the Red Cross said that his organisation was willing to increase the scope of humanitarian activities but it has become difficult for the foreigners to move in the country due to government policies.There is hardly a chance of improvement in the situation in near future, he said.
