Summary Envoys not taking care of Pakistanis held abroad will also be called in courts, said SC.
Justice Javed Iqbal, while hearing the case of missing persons gave these remarks. A report on missing persons was also submitted to the court. Report says 108 out of 336 cases of missing persons have been sorted out. Eighty three missing persons have been located while 20 were not abducted at all. A separate investigation will be conducted for the missing persons of Lal Masjid. Interior Ministry report said I person from KP and 3 from Punjab were recovered. The court expressed dissatisfaction over the report. Ministry of Foreign Affairs presented a report about Pakistanis held abroad.The court said the envoys are also accessible if they do not perform.
