Summary "There's a limit. How many times will Altaf make controversial statements and retract?" says Asif

ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) – Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif has on Tuesday said that the government will see what legal action should be taken against Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain over his statement about Pakistan army. “There is a limit to everything. How many times will Altaf make controversial statements and then retract?” questioned Asif.

In an interview to a private TV channel, Defence Minister said that so-called freedom fighters of Baluchistan also have Indian passports. Coming down hard at Altaf Hussain, Khawaja Asif said that ‘RAW’ is an Indian intelligence agency that wants to remove Pakistan from the face of the Earth. “Had India been a friend of ours, it would have never created tensions at the border during a period when Pakistan was busy fighting terrorists in the North Western areas of the country”, he added.

Asif said that no Pakistani could make such a statement about RAW that Altaf did. “How many times will he apologize for his controversial statements?” he said.
