Summary Police presented the accused after completing the investigation from them during physical remand
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Special court of Anti-Terrorism sent 22 suspects of Yohannabad incident to 14 days judicial remand on Tuesday in Lahore. Aslam Sahotra, Salamat Masih, Chand Hameed, Ilyas Masih, Fayaz Masih, Anmol Liaqat and others are all accused of burning two people alive and creating chaotic atmosphere during the protest against blasts in Yohannabad church.
Nishtar Colony police presented the suspects in the court after their physical remand completed. Police said that the investigation has been completed and they should be sent on judicial remand now, to which court sent the suspects on 14 days judicial remand. Court ordered the police to present the challan of the case on next hearing.
