Summary Army Chief was briefed on progress of operation Zarb-e-Azb and ongoing operation in Khyber agency.
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) - Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif visited Corps Headquarters Peshawar today (Sunday), Dunya News reported.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Army Chief was briefed on the progress of operation Zarb-e-Azb and the ongoing operation being carried out in Khyber Agency.
Speaking on the occasion, the Army Chief said that operation against terrorists will be taken to its logical end. He said peace will be ensured in the country at all costs.
General Raheel Sharif said that the armed forces were determined to wipe out terrorists from urban centers and remote areas at all costs to bring peace and prosperity in the country.

The Army Chief also enquired about the health of the injured army soldiers in Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Peshawar and stated that their resolve and indomitable spirit is highly reassuring and an asset for the Army and nation.
