Summary Heavy amount of explosives, arms and bomb making formulas were recovered from the terrorists.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – At least two terrorists were killed and 26 suspects including two from banned organization were arrested as police conducted search operations in various areas of Karachi, Dunya News reported on Sunday.
According to sources, exchange of fire occurred between Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) and terrorists near Toori Bangash in Orangi Town which claimed the lives of two terrorist, Kamran and Zubair.
The terrorists were skilled in making bombs whereas according to incharge CTD Mazhar Mashwani heavy amount of explosives, arms and bomb making formulas were recovered from the terrorists.
Moreover, the police also recovered a bomb placed in tiffin which was defused by the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS).
Meanwhile, police arrested two terrorists of an outlawed organization and confiscated weapons from their possession.
Furthermore, police during search operations detained several suspects involved in different criminal activities and recovered arms from their possession.
