Summary Children started to cry out aloud as they were told by the court to reside with their mother
LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Emotional scenes were to be observed at Lahore High Court (LHC) as daughters of an angry couple started crying at the time of departure and refused to go with their mother on Friday. Father also started to cry looking at his children, Dunya News reported.
Kabirwala’s resident Shahzad had a bad marriage with his wife Naheed and out of the five children, Shahzad had thecustody of three daughters while a son and a daughter lived with Naheed. Naheed moved to court to get the custody of the three daughters living with Shahzad.
Shahzad told the court that he wanted to keep his wife with him and the court gave them three-day time to mend the differences between the two. When Naheed tried to take the daughters along with her after the hearing, the three of them started to cry.
Looking at his daughters crying, Shahzad started to weep too and everyone else at the scene also felt the plight of the father and daughters. Shahzad tried to persuade Naheed but she remained adamant and the girls also refused to go with the mother. Eventually, Shahzad took the daughters along with him.
