Summary Interior Minister expressed discontent over posting of NADRA staff abroad without observing law

ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has on Friday ordered the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) staff posted abroad to return to Pakistan, Dunya News reported.

Expressing his dissatisfaction over the posting of NADRA employees abroad without observance of merit during the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) tenure, he ordered the NADRA officers and staff deputed at the same posts for several years to return to Pakistan.

Chaudhry Nisar took notice of irregularities in foreign postings of NADRA staff and ordered the staff posted in Abu Dhabi for seven years to return to Pakistan.

In a statement, Interior Minister has sought answer from NADRA authorities over the irregularities. He has also ordered to devise a policy for making future foreign postings on merit.
