Summary Chief Justice (CJ) of Pakistan Nasirul Mulk will be heading the bench

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A 3-member bench on Thursday has been formed to hold hearings of the petitions challenging establishment of military courts.

According to the details, a three-member bench has been formed to hold hearing of at least seven petitions.

Chief Justice (CJ) of Pakistan Nasirul Mulk will be heading the bench.

Earlier, the National Assembly and the Senate had approved the 21st Amendment in the Constitution for the establishment of military courts in the country as a counter-terrorism effort by the political parties.
