LONDON (Dunya News) — Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain strongly condemned the brutal murder of MQM workers Muhammad Shahid and Hamdard Salim Shahbaz belonging to the Chishti Nagar area of Orangi Town in Sindh province on Saturday.
In a statement Altaf said that the recent killings of MQM workers have raised doubts about the government.
He said that despite frequent incidents of killings and terrorism, the government hasn’t taken any action against the criminals.
He demanded that the government should immediately arrest those involved in the murder of the MQM workers. He also reached out to the families of the murdered MQM workers to express his condolences.
Moreover, MQM chief also condemned the murder of JUIF’s leader and secretary general of Sindh Khalid Soomro.
Terming the killing incidents as a conspiracy against Sindh, Altaf said that the government should look into the matter.
He expressed grievances with the family of Soomro, the JUIF party workers and also the chief of JUIF Maulana Fazlur Rehman.
He has appealed to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar and Chief Minister of Sindh Qaim Ali Shah to take immediate notice of the murder and to expose the conspiracy being planned against the province of Sindh.
