ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif inaugurate the landmark Hazara Motorway project today (Saturday).
The 60-kilometre four-lane fenced motorway will cost Rs33 billion and it will reduce the drive time from Islamabad to Havelian in addition to providing access to the Havelian Dry Port.
President Khyber Pakthunkhwa Chamber of Commerce and Industry Fawad Ishaq said Hazara Motorway will have extremely positive impact on the overall economic development of the country. It will also bolstering trade, commerce and housing sectors in Khyber Pakthunkhwa.
The Prime Minister had stated that this project would bring a real change in the lives of Hazara people.
The project would also give boost to construction industry in KP and will generate employment opportunities for hundreds of thousands of people in the province.
