(Web Desk) - Dense foggy conditions are likely to reduce in plain areas of the country in the next 24 hours, Metrological Department reported on Saturday.
Mostly cloudy weather conditions with light rain (light snowfall over the hills) is expected at isolated places of North Balochistan including Quetta, Zhob, Kalat divisions, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa areas including Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Kohat divisions, Islamabad, parts of upper Punjab including Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sahiwal, Sargodha divisions, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Weather remained cold and dry in most parts of the country in the last 24 hours, however, light rain/snowfall occurred at hills in few places of North Balochistan.
Coldest places recorded in the last 24 hours include Skardu -08°C, Parachinar -07°C, Hunza -06°C, Astore, Gupis -05°C, Rawalakot -04°C, Garidupatta, Gilgit -03°C, Dalbandin, Dir, Kalam, Kalat -02°C, Drosh, Malamjabba and Quetta -01°C.
