Summary GST and raise in petroleum prices have been challenged in Supreme Court.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News):-The Supreme Court would conduct hearing of cases filed against loadshedding, GST and petroleum prices.
Three-member bench headed by chief justice iftikhar Muhammad chaudhry would hear the case. Other members of the bench are Justice Iqbal Hamidur Rehman and Justice Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry.
It is worth mentioning that the hearing of Rental Power Case and issues regarding election would also be conducted today.
