Summary Federal government has directed OGRA to withdraw notification of 19pc GST on petroleum products.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – According to details, petroleum dealers and petrol pump owners were receiving 2 percent extra tax apart from 17 percent General Sales Tax (GST).
Finance Minister Ishaq Dar while taking notice of the matter directed the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) to immediately withdraw notification of 19 percent GST.
The finance minister also directed non-registered dealers to get registered within two weeks.
