Summary The Court of Arbitration at The Hague will hear Kishanganga case on June 19.

 

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – According to sources, Indus Water Commissioner Asif Baig and his legal team reached London for consultation with foreign lawyers on Kishanganga case.

 

The technical statistics will be submitted in the Court of Arbitration on June 19. Pakistan has acquired services of foreign layers for the case for which the government will pay 700 pounds per hour to a British lawyer while the other lawyers will be paid $ 800 per hours.

 

Court of Arbitration in it verdict in February 2013 accepted Islamabad’s objection that the flow of river water to Pakistan will be affected with the India design for the storage of water for the project.
