Summary Advocate Feroz Shah Gilani issued the legal notice to the prime minister on KBD issue.
LAHORE (Dunya News):-Joint Interest Council chairman Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has been issued a legal notice for implementation on judicial verdict regarding construction of Kala Bagh Dam on priority base.
According to legal notice, at least 3600 MW electricity may be generated out of Kala Bagh Dam; so the court orders should be followed without any delay.
It was also said in the notice that if the judgment is not followed accordingly, they would file a petition in the Lahore High Court in this regard.
