Summary Court has reserved judgment regarding petition for bail on the part of Pervez Musharraf.
QUETTA (Dunya News):-Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) issued arrest warrants of four persons including former military general Pervez Musharraf as they did not appear in the court regarding Akbar Bugti murder case.
ATC court No-1 judge Muhammad Ismael resumed hearing of Nawab Akber Bugti case in which former federal interior minister Aftab Ahmad Sherpao, Balochistan’s ex-home minister Shoeb Nowsherwani appeared in the court while ex-president Pervez Musharraf, former prime minister Showkat Aziz, Balochistan’s former governor Owais Ghani and DCO Dera Bugti Abdussamad Lasi did not present in the court.
At this, the court issued arrest warrants of aforesaid persons and put off hearing till June 24.
On the other hand, the court also reserved the judgment regarding petition filed by ex-president pervez musharraf for bail. Its verdict would be announced tomorrow.
