Summary Ex-president Pervez Musharraf has submitted his reply in written regarding treason case.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News):-The Supreme Court would resume hearing of petitions moved for registration of treason case against former military dictator.
Three-member bench headed by Justice Jawad S Khwaja would review these petitions.
Last day, Musharraf’s lawyer Ibrahim Sati was of the view that his client had forbidden from arguments.
On the other hand, another counsel of the former president, Ahmad Raza Kasuri, claimed that he has been allowed to argue on the part of his client.
Under such confused situation, the court consulted that it should be clarified that who is main counsel of Pervez Musharraf.
