Summary BHC issued warrants for the alleged involvement of former minister in the murder of two people.
QUETTA (Dunya News): Balochistan High Court on Tuesday issued arrest warrants for former minister Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind in various cases.
According to media reports, the warrants were issued by the BHC in Quetta for the alleged involvement of former minister in the murder of two people.
The hearing was conducted by BHC Justice Jamal Khan, Justice Ghulam Mustafa, Justice Ghulam Mengal respectively. The two men were killed in Sanni area of Bolan district. The interim bail of Rind has been cancelled while orders of his arrest have been given in this regard.
