Summary Anti-Narcotics Force have submitted the challan of the case in the court.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - Ali Musa Gilani, son of former prime minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, former federal minister Makhdoom Shahabuddin and other accused will be indicted in the ephedrine scam case on April 5.
Anti-Narcotics Court Judge Arshad Mehmood Tabassum distributed copies of the challan and ordered all the accused to present before the court on April 5. Court also issued non-bailable warrants of Anjum Shah and Lashari.
The court was also informed on the arrest of Tauqir Ali Khan, the main accused in the case, by personnel of the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF).
Khan had been declared an absconder by the Islamabad High Court in the case and was arrested upon his return from Dubai.
