Summary The ATC has indicted Shahrukh Jatoi along with three others accused Shahzeb murder case.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Karachi indicted Shahrukh Joti, Siraj Talpur, Sajjad Talpur and Ghulam Murtaza Lashari in Shahzeb murder case. All the accused were produced before the ATC amid tight security, where they were indicted.
However, the accused pleaded not guilty. The ATC has directed all the witnesses in the case to appear before the court on Friday.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court also heard Shahzeb murder case. FIA Director Mohammed Malik appeared before the court and informed the Supreme Court that the main accused Shahrukh Jatoi escaped with the help of officers from the Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) who had earlier been managing protocol for Bilawal House guests.
