Summary SC resumes hearing case pertaining to the law and order situation in Balochistan.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry resumes hearing case regarding deteriorating law and order situation in Balochistan at Supreme Court’s Quetta registry.As soon as the hearing began, Quetta police presented four people out of 7 before the court who had gone missing from Saryab road.During the hearing, the bench was dismayed at the absence of Attorney General Maulvi Anwarul Haq.Adding remarks, Chief Justice said why the attorney general is absent when the chief justice along with two senior SC’s judges are present for the hearing.Inspector-General FC is also attending the hearing.
