Summary Chief Justice iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has expressed concern over extra-judicial killing.
Addressing a function in Quetta on Thursday night, Chief Justice iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said constitution has not been followed in its true spirit.He said that it is evident from seeing situation in Balochistan that civil and military rulers have not done justice to the people of the province. He vows to find solution of Balochistan according to the constitution.The CJP described the state of citizens basic rights in the province as deplorable and said that no one has right to take life of other people.
