During Friday’s proceedings, Foreign Office will brief the commission in the case.Yesterday, recently retired intelligence chief, Shuja Pasha appeared before memo commission at Islamabad High Court.Pasha not only stood by each and every word of his affidavit that he had submitted before the Supreme Court, but also expressed his dismissal to Haqqani’s version on the memo scandal.While testifying before memo commission, former DG ISI confirmed meeting with Mansoor Ijaz on October 22, 2011.Meanwhile, Hussain Haqqani’s excuse for not appearing before the commission was also disapproved by the commission. The commission was not satisfied with Haqqani’s medical excuse and thus rejected it.Former DG ISI Shuja Pasha, Husain Haqqani’s counsel Zahid Bukhari, Mansoor Ijazs lawyer Akram Sheikh and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman Yasin Malik were present in the yesterday’s proceedings.
