A seven-member bench of Supreme Court, headed by Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk, is hearing the case.The Supreme Court on Monday adjourned the hearing of the contempt case against Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani till March 27.The hearing was adjourned due to absence of PM’s Counsel Aitzaz Ahsan.The court was informed that Aitzaz Ahsan could not appear before that court as his was not feeling well.Head of the commission Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk remarked that Aitzaz Ahsan should take heavy dose of the medicine so that he may appear tomorrow to continue his argument.Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan, the counsel for Prime Minister Gilani in the case, was to present arguments in the contempt hearing.Earlier, Aitzaz had raised objection over the bench hearing the case. Aitzaz Ahsan claimed that the bench is not competent to hear the case as it was comprised of the judges who issued show cause notice to the prime minister.
