Summary The US Defence Department agreed to continue attacks on Libyan forces after NATOs request.
At least 50 more people have been killed as the pro-Gaddafi forces clashed with the anti-government forces. In Washington, the Pentagon spokesperson said that attacks on Libya will be led by Britain, France and other NATO countries on Tuesday while the United States Air Force will assist in the attacks on Libyan government forces and its military installations.On the other hand, President Gaddafi sent the Foreign Minister to Greece with a special message in an effort to stop the war that is going on in the country. The Greece foreign minister said that the Libyan government wants a ceasefire in the country. Details and conditions for the ceasefire were not disclosed.
