Summary Doctors continued their strike on Friday in different hospitals.
Dozens of patients’ operations were suspended and doctors also warned that if their demands are not satisfied they would close emergency service.It is worth mentioning that the strike of PIMS medical staff, Polyclinic and Institution for Restoration of Disables has entered 20th days. Senior doctors, nurses, paramedical and non-medical staff are also on strike.Due to boycott of OPDs, hundreds of patients have deprived of treatment and dozens of operations are in limbo, causing tremendous problems for patients.Protesting doctors have vowed that new Health Professionals Service Structure would not be allowed to be implemented.
