Summary Doctors from Social Security Hospital held protest demonstration for raise in salaries.
Protested came out of hospital and blocked Multan Road, causing blockade of traffic for many hours.Protestors demanded that their salaries should be equalised with those of Health Department.They reiterated that Social Security Board has approved raise in doctors salaries by the Commissioner is not issuing notification.They warned to continue strike unless and until their salaries are increased.
