Summary Lahore High Court has ordered to stop the results of Federal Chambers poll results.
The petitioner Muhammad Tariq and Afzal moved a writ petition in the LHC which was heard by two-member bench.The petitioner said that he has not been declared as a voter on personal basis. His name has been excluded from the voting list which is equal to discriminatory treatment.The court has accepted the petition for further hearing and directed to stop final announcement of polls till further orders. The court has also sought explanation from parties till January 9.
