Summary Peshawar High Court has rejected DIGs report in Uzma Ayyab case.
Two member bench of Peshawar High Court comprising Chief Justice Dost Muhammad and Justice Saith Waqar conducted hearing of the case where DIG Sultan Hanif submitted his report.But the court rejected the investigation report with the direction that the said report should not be made part and parcel of the case.The court also ordered the police officer to continue his investigation.Uama Ayyub also told the court that she is being threatened, adding that some people were trying to pull out his brother’s corpse from his grave.The court has also ordered to include ATA’s sections in order to pursue the case in Anti Terrorism Court.
