Summary A Patwari transferred land allocated for graveyard to 44 families at the cost of millions of rupees.
The affected people held a protest demonstration against patwari’s fraudulent suggestions and tactics.As per detail, patwari held a bargaining with some people that they would be given suitable land in residential area but he handed over fake documents to them in the name of land acquisition.Later, it was revealed that the land transferred to them was actually property of a graveyard.On the other hand, the patwari also succeed in registering a case against affected people in connivance with police.Affeftees went to the MNA Sheikh Waseem Akhter; firstly, he assured them of cooperation but later, he refused to take any action in this regard.Angry and irritated affectees while raising voice against revenue officer have demanded to bring corrupt patwari to justice.
