Man shaves off wife's head

The girl succeeded in escaping from detention and headed to the police station for legal assistance but the police could not detarmine which police station had jusrisduiction over the locality where the mishap occurred.15-year-old Madiha Shaheen was married to Sadaqain from Iqbal Town Islamabad in October. She said that her husband would ask her to arrange Rs 700,000 spent on their wedding. She said he ultimately detained her after shaving off her head.She said she escaped from his custody and reached her parents home at Muzzammal Town in Rawalpindi. When she went to Sadiqa Abad police station to register a case, the cops said the crime didnt take place in their jurisdiction, therefore she should contact Islamabad police. No case has yet been registered.
