According to Dunya News, the accident took place due to over speeding when the van was trying to avoid a collission with a cyclist. The van caught fire after it overturned on the by-pass and its gas cylinder exploded.The incidents of gas cylinder blasts have increased over the last few months. Only yesterday, 13 people were killed when the cylinder of a van went off in Khairpur.
